INTRODUCTION:

Sleep paralysis is a feeling of being conscious but unable to move. It usually occurs when a person passes between stages of woke up and falling asleep. During these transitions i.e. from waking up to falling asleep you may be unable to move or speak for a few seconds or sometimes up to a few minutes. At sometimes people may also feel pressure or a sense of choking.Sleep paralysis may also cause the other sleep disorders such as narcolepsy, where narcolepsy is an overpowering need to sleep caused by a problem with the brain's ability to regulate sleep.

Sleep paralysis usually occurs in one of two cases, first case is if it occurs while you are falling asleep, it's called hypnagogic or predormital sleep paralysis and second case is if it happens when your about to wake up, it's called hypnopompic or postdormital sleep paralysis.

EXPERIENCES OF SLEEP PARALYSIS:

 It varies from person to person, depending upon person mentality and commonly sleep paralysis occurs at midnight 2am and sometimes morning 9am that is when the body will be on bed and you will be closing your eyes from the toes you feel like some vibrations and warm feeling to the body. At that particular time, you will be awake but you cannot move your body parts and even though you can listen the noise but you can’t even speak and you will be screaming inside where as nobody can hear your voice.  
You'll experience many things when you are in sleep paralysis such as you feel like someone is walking beside you and you will see fallacy shadows like someone came to attack you and sits on your chest. Those shadows called as demon, which can be described in a way of evil story. 
According to the researchers it is like an old ancient story demons and evils which will give a terrifying sleep experiences according to them till now there is no death case caused by sleep paralysis. Some research fellows say that they are not demons they are the souls of the people where at the night time souls will be visiting time. Now you may get a question in your mind i.e. whether the souls will be existing and why cannot we see at day time?

When you sleep your brain will be getting more superstitious power and when sleep paralysis occur your brain will be working more and at that time you can listen the wave sound also as the researchers says that souls will walking at the night time. 

It is nothing but the dream world where each person souls will be talking in their own life and when you try to wake up a person at 2am at night time the person will not get up from sleep so this is the time of that dream world. So only our thieves will show their talents at that time. So when you get a sleep paralysis, if you concentrate and listen you will be able to hear the voice of the neighbor people, where they are speaking to someone else but the thing is you won’t be able to listen each person voice it will be like a market everyone will be talking you can’t even know exactly what they are speaking and who is speaking. You can only concentrate at the sleep paralysis when you are not thinking anything. 

Let we talk about the demon’s attack when you are paralyzed as many sadhu sanyasi and Sadh gurus says that demon of you where you will be having two souls evil and angel souls. When you get paralysis the demon soul will come in front of you to kill you, but the angel soul distracts from demon and wakes you from sleep paralysis, this is the exact story of sleep paralysis experiences where every human will be experienced and many people will explain in many ways and all are truth.

Causes for sleep paralysis:

1)      Sleeping schedules which keep changing day to day.
2)      Impact on mental conditions such as stress or bipolar disorder.
3)      Sleeping or resting on back.
4)      Some of the sleep problems such as narcolepsy or nighttime leg cramps.
5)      Use of certain medications, such as those used for ADHD.
6)      Substance abuse.

 CONCLUSION:

    Sleep paralysis is the one which causes health upset, where sleep is the factor and it is not so dangerous but it is like experiencing horror movie in real-life. To get rid from sleep paralysis, the only one thing you need to do is when you feel the vibration in your body then it’s a starting stage at that time just move your hand fingers, which stops you to get paralyzed.
